Shipping Information
Domestic Orders:
All packages are shipped UPS Ground, unless another shipper is requested. Your package will usually ship within two business days of order placement, after credit card authorization. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to a P.O. Box, so we must have a street address. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. However, all orders are processed and shipped ASAP. Most orders received by 12:00 noon Central Time will arrive in 3-5 business days. Express Shipping options, for non hazardous and non flammable orders, are available upon request . Shipping and Handling charges are organized by the dollar amount of your order. Note: Some heavy or oversized packages may require an extra shipping charge. Additional charges may also apply to destinations considered difficult to deliver to. However, if any additional charge is required, you will be notified for approval before the order ships.
Flammable or Hazardous items cannot be shipped by Air. If your order contains a flammable item the entire order will be shipped by ground. Additional charges may apply to flammable or hazardous material orders. However, if any additional charges are required, you will be notified for approval before the order ships.
International Orders:
During check out you will be asked to choose USPS [Priority] or USPS [Express]. The price options shown are [estimated] shipping cost to your "Ship To" address. The shipping option that you select will be charged to your credit card. However, if the actual shipping charge is more, you will be contacted for approval before your order ships. Should you decide that the shipping is too expensive, you are free to cancel your order for a full refund and with no penalty. Note: Flammable items can not be shipped.
