Shipping
Domestic Orders
Orders ship from Houston, Texas and most orders ship within 1-3 business days for delivery in 3-7 business days. All packages are shipped UPS Ground. UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box, so we must have a street address. Express Shipping options, for non hazardous and non flammable orders, are available upon request. Shipping/Handling charges are organized by the dollar amount of your order and will display during check out, before you submit your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your email account.
During check out, while on our quick and easy [single] page check out form, you will be aware of ALL order charges at ALL times, including shipping charges and tax if applicable. The total shown at the end of the order form, including shipping charges is the total that your credit card will be charged. However, your credit card will NOT be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Shipping Restrictions
The Furniture Connoisseur does not ship orders outside the US, to Canada, or the US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. However, we welcome dealer inquires from other countries.
The Furniture Connoisseur does not ship to P.O. Boxes, or military APO/FBO address.
The Furniture Connoisseur reserves the right to alter these shipping restrictions at any time.
